Introductory and interactive sessions were conducted with students and teachers on the campus by Counselor Ms. Maya Chandrashekaran. The areas of student behavior, emotions, academic issues and issues relating to the living environment were discussed with children of classes 4 to 8. The topics like wellbeing, anxiety, depression, suicide, relationship (expectations and boundaries), substance abuse, and academics were discussed with the children of classes 9 to 12. The primary focus of the session was on the importance of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships between the students and teachers.

There was a separate session conducted with the teachers regarding the special problems they faced during the classes, intellectual disabilities, slow learners, anxiety, depression, suicide, substance abuse, academic issues, specific learning disabilities and relationships.

All the students were enthusiastic and were involved throughout the sessions. The aim of the session is to help the individual to have a healthy wellbeing and better future, which can be achieved as a team (students, teachers and parents)
