Scouts & Guides: Rural Service by Grade VIII & IX Students of Abhyasa

The Rural Service Management of Abhyasa organised a De-addiction camp in Toopran on 14th July 2019. We, the members and volunteers of the Management were able to persuade the people to quit smoking and addiction to any other drugs and alcohol. The Students explained to the people about the harmful effects of such products on their health, work efficiency, life span and on their environment. We also dissolved the negative effects of such habits on their social and family relationships, especially the present and future life of their children.

The campaign started at 6:00 AM and went on for an hour till 7:00 AM. We met as many as 20 people and requested for their Co-operation for the campaign.
