Hemant Utsav 2013-2014
Celebrated on 12 January 2014.
This time of the year is filled with lots of celebrations. First it was Christmas and then we welcomed the New Year in Grand Style and then the preparations began for the biggest event which is Hemant Utsav. This is the event which everyone is looking forward to and the reason behind is the magnitude of this event. The venue itself is so grand. Shilpa Kala Vedika where in all the biggest events of city take place. All the students started practise for different events which were planned for the big day. The entire school including the free school participates in this event. The programmes are scheduled accordingly. There were Dramas in Three languages English Drama, Hindi Drama and a Telugu Drama, There were beautifully choreographed Dances, and Vedic Chanting done by the students, and top of all the Investiture Ceremony to felicitate the New Managers. So much of practise was done to make it all perfect to the core. The program started with Vedic Chanting by the students from class IV, Class V and Class VI. Simultaneously the lamp was being lighted by the chief Guests. It was so wonderful to listen to the chants by the students all in perfect synchronisation. All the public was tuned into the higher self listening to these chants.

Thus everything ended in an Grand manner and everyone including the Chief Guests and all the parents liked the performances and applauded for all the programmes. All the performances were par excellence. The students were excited for a short Vacation and we wish a Happy Makar Sankranti to all in advance on this occasion.
