Aikhyata - Youth Unity Festival 2015

This event was conducted in our school campus on July 7, 2015 and was aimed at developing skills for success. UNITY empowers youth to make better choices as leaders, mentors and positive community role models leading to more productive citizens, safer schools, and healthier communities.

The Youth Unity Festival is our institution's annual event. It is one of the most important events in our calendar as it presents the most gifted and talented youth students from 11 leading ICSE Schools from across AP & Telengana. Happening in July every year, Youth Unity Festival is an event celebrating performances of students in various cultural activities: Folk dance, Skit, Stamp Designing and Dialogue Writing, Spell Bee Contest, Character Discovery in Shakespeare's dramas, Science behind situation, Model Presentation and many more.

The participants are adjudged by a Panel of Student Judges who were called and nominated by the participating schools themselves. This is a unique feature of this year. The Events were Non-Competitive in all Categories - but the Panel of Student Judges had judged the best items from among the various performances and displays - presented by various Schools in each category - to foster appreciation for excellence among students.

203 students from 11 ICSE and ISC schools took part in this mega event. Out of 16 competitions, Abhyasa Bagged 5 (First Prizes), 2 (Second Prizes) and 4 (Consolation Prizes). The Chief Guest Dr. K.S. Rathnakar, Chairman, Global Medical Education and Research Foundation, Hyderabad made all spell bound to his speech. He appreciated the ambience of Abhyasa and had given away the prizes to all the winners. Mr. Vinaayaka Kalleetla, CEO of the school presented Abhyasa Memoto to all the schools, participated in Aikhyata Fest 2015. The event ended with the group photograph. The magnitude of participation from students and the fact that it had caught the audience's attention, ensured that the event was a huge success.
